Dear Family, friends, church family...
Many of you already heard that Margie's brother, David's father, Paul Salvatus, passed away Sunday night. We were all shocked by the unexpected news. We will appreciate your prayers and support.
Many are asking where and when the wake will be. In respect to the request of his son, David, we will only have one day for the wake/lamay. I know this is not normal for our culture, but we ask that everyone would please be supportive of this decision that we as a family is honoring.
Trying to manage funeral preparations and visits to the police station simultaneously, etc. while dealing with the emotions is not easy considering how Paul passed. In all aspects it is very difficult, but we know with the support and prayers of everyone and by the grace of our Lord Jesus, we will come through in victory because GOD IS STILL GOOD ALL THE TIME!
So the wake/lamay will be on THURSDAY JULY 25 starting 9AM at FLORES MEMORIAL SERVICE and the CREMATION will be the next day FRIDAY 9AM.
Please pray for Mama Ludy, Papa Bob (parents); Anfer, Marilou, Gerty, Len, Kenneth, Thaddy, Margie and Jane (siblings); Sarah and Dave (children) and Terry (mother of his children).
